pvj, Thank you for your response! 1)I tried that. It just shows version and date on the swapped phone, while hooking up the phone to the known good line boots up properly. 2)Is this a port located on the office serv system itself or the 66 block everything is wired to? 3)How can I check this?
Biztel Cuban Okie Tech, thank you for your response! The cables are all tight. I actually have a spare OS100 that has this issue. The one that's installed looks good. Right now I have 7 phones attached to the system. 4 of them boot and work properly, 3 only show version and date. Ideally, the boss would like 14 phones attached to the system, but if necessary I can present a case for less. (8 total phones)
