Ok, this is driving me nuts. I have 2 hotel properties with the same 800# programmed for reservations on a button on the guest room phones. The 800# is not prefaced with a "9"(which unto itself is a mystery), however it does dial out, but dials a sister property's auto attendant in another state. However when I manually dial the exact same number, I get the correct central reservations number. I spoke to the technician that manually programs the room phones (manufacturer), and he can't explain why the 1-800-xxx-xxxx is getting an outside line, and frankly either can I. There is no modified digit or special massaging of 800 numbers in the PBX. Nothing is direct to ARS at either property.

Any ideas?
