I have a client in downtown Chicago that needs to convert from POTS lines to SIP trunks. I will be providing the SIP trunks. I need the daughter card and licenses installed and the SIP trunk configuration done on the PBX. I can't seem to find anything that can do the job. Please let me know if anyone can do it and what your cost would be.

Thanks,
Jonathan

I'd install the VoIP db first. It takes a few minutes for it to be recognized and functional. Then log in with PCPRo and look at the feature activation tab. See if feature 5001 is installed and how many. that is the license for SIP trunks, and I believe NEC gave you 4 at the time of system purchase.
