Hello!
I have 12 SMT-i6021 wireless phones. After connecting them to the wireless network, the phones display the message that there is an IP conflict and provides a MAC address. The MAC address it says it is conflicting with is actually the LAN Port of the phone itself. The LAN port is not even in use nor does it have any static IP information on it.
Has anyone seen or ran into this issue before? I verified the DHCP server is not seeing any IP conflicts.
I am totally at a loss here, none of this makes in sense. I wish there was a way to disable the LAN NIC on the phone, but I cannot locate any settings.
Any advise or insight would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
