Calls comes into a ring group with 6 members. They are dropping calls sporadically. Comes and goes, and can be fine for months. Then the issue comes back. Spectrum is blaming the PBX and saying it is dropping at the CPE. But they weren't sure if the CPE was the PBX or their equipment.

I am replacing the PRI card today to cover our bases. They are also replacing the Spectrum gateway. This is on new fiber in the area. When this happens, they get a quick ring, and the call is gone. I did notice that most times when this happens, there is no trunk number registered in xchange software call history. Successful calls show 7001,7002 etc
