But it seems very odd that every one is turned off.
If turning them on or reboot etc does not work then maybe corruption and you may need to do a reinstall and program from scratch to get rid of it.
Maybe somebody thought it was Off Prem Notify and turned them off.
Curious if it just happened or was it just installed.
