Customer has one remote user on their SL2100 using an IP phone several hours away. The employee is no longer with the company. They say the phone, computer, etc. are being returned, but I would like to remove any remote phone access to the system.

I've changed the mac address in 15-05-02 to zeros.
Also changed 15-05-26, Terminal Type, to 'Not Set'.
Removed UC Server User setting in 20-59.

Anything else I should do to turn off access?
