I have a school with an option 11 on release 25.40.
Currently administration phones dial access 3 Simplex PA systems.
They dial 71XX for dial tone in the PA system then "#11" for all call.
They would like to be able to dial a two digit code for access to all call.
My thought is a Trunk Steering code, fixed length of two digits and then insert the #11 via a DMI that would delete the two digit access code and insert #11.
The issue is that the # is used for end of dial and does not appear to be able to be programmed into a DMI.
Does anyone out there know if a # can be sent to a trunk as part of the DMI?
