One idea that might set you in the right direction would be to connect your test set to the paging port. Make a test page and make sure you hear audio. Then call in and make sure the ROP audio is played on the test set. This will then determine that the trouble lies within the paging. If it looks like it is within the paging, I would then connect each speaker one at a time and test to eliminate any wiring faults or bad speakers. Lastly, as mentioned, make sure the power supply you are using adequately supports 3 speakers.
