IES16 with a flash drive is more reliable than the IES32 with a HD, but I have seen one of those fail as well.

We replaced all Teleco Tis16 VM's as they had a massive recall.
The iES32 was only used for customers requiring VM to email in the early days, once the Strata Messaging (LUCA) became available this was used in preference to the iES32.
