No, It's' the more modern PCMCIA card.
I worked for AT&T when the external was introduced but this is like the ones I have done plenty of times.
When they called for support, I thought Piece of cake! I got this in the personal memory banks and didn't even take a book. I was surprised when I couldn't go in through the 99 box. After 3 tries, (2 careful ones) I was puzzled at it failing after 99. The customer showed me an old piece of paper saying to use 9991 and a 6 digit password that appeared to be a default pattern.
It's unnerving for me to have this much experience with this system and find something so far different.
Just goes to show you
If you think you've seen it all.... Just pay attention and wait.
