Have a customer with a flashing flex button. She said she was cleaning her phone and pressed a sequence of buttons which made the flex button which is programmed as BLF of her extension begin to flash.
The DND is not enabled and her BLF button does not flash on any other phone. She can place and receive calls like normal.
Thoughts?
