Is it Possible to reset Stratagy Flash Voicemail used previously by another biz in space taken over and admin passwords given not working. Would like to just start over from scratch VM to let them have something until replacement newer can be addressed. I have tried to from phones and hyperterm and admin software with no luck. Successfully reconfig'd DK40i for all phones but no luck on voicemail.
