Hey folks is there any way to ensure an internal call will go to voicemail if the digital set is unplugged? It only misbehaves if it is an extesnion to extension call. Incoming trunk calls can dial the extension from the autoattendant and it goes to voicemail just fine.

I have the preset forward going to the voicemail port and have tried to set the forward all to voicemail too, neither had any effect.

Thanks in advance,

B
