This is something you might want to try Set the virtual to call forward no answer, set the virtual in its own timer class, set the no answer time delay to 1 second. Can't hurt to try, if it doesn't work set everything back. Set the Virtural to call forward no answer "ONLY"? Setting virtual in it's own timer class...can you be a little more exact as to what you mean with the timer class? I appreciate your effort Doug
