We just bid against one.
We did a high end UcaaS system.
It was a easy win. UcaaS ran rings against the NEC proposal

The NEC could not do much compared to UcaaS.
Or as I suspect the NEC guy was not knowledgeable on the NEC

It was 70 phones and the customer was told he could not have remote phones (I doubt that )
And no apps on cell phones ( that's correct) or laptop apps.

Those 2 features alone are why we easily won this.
