Good Day
I am posting only a couple of the questions that I have and decided to post them seperately. I would like to say that I am reading the manuals but for some reason they seem lacking compared to earlier manuals for SBX OR maybe I just learned what I needed and those manuals now make sense...
What is the best way to set up a general mailbox? I have never liked doing this because felt like no one ever listens to messages in these, but I have a client who used this on a former (Avaya) phone system and would like it on the Summit 100
Using VSF (which I assume is the same as AA but need to try and figure out what VSF stands for) -
General Mailbox for night callers.
Can I show notification of message waiting on a 9224 phone?
Sort of related to this. Can I or how do I transfer a caller in the VSF directly to a mailbox to bypass ringing the station?
Thanks in Advance and all though I need more help I will wait to see if anyone is available.
