We have Axxessory Talk Visual Mail running on a Windows NT 4.0 computer. Each year while we are in daylight savings time the "Sent" time stamp on email messages sent from VisualMail are advanced 1 hour.

This only effects the Sent time. The message received time in the body of the email message is correct. The time on the VM computer is set correctly and the clock is set to automatically adjust to daylight savings time. If I turn off the automatic DST adjustment in Windows and just set the time to the correct hour then the time stamp is off by 2 hours instead of 1.

I have checked the time in the BIOS of the VM computer and it is correct.

Any ideas as to what setting is causing this problem?
