I have a customer that is using a Telabs card (provided by Qwest) for a group of 5 phones. When any one phone picks up the handset the others will ring untill someone picks up a phone. Qwest is tell him that they do not have the cards anymore and if it goes down they can not repair it. He is going to get me a model # of the card so I can put out feelers for replacements.
My first response to him was to use his new Samsung DCS500 for the feature (I did not put the system in) but he claims that the system will not do it. My thought was to just set up the extensions as a hotline to a station group. He may be intested in this ideal (if it works) but would rather have an independent system. I know I should be able to do this with a TDA but looking at options. Any ideas?
