Essential tools such as voicemail defaulting or password resetting is infinetly more envolved with AVAYA than with Norstar Equipment. Are they stupid..... or what? I mean make some bucks for a call in to their Tech Support for something important, not something that needs to be freely given. I know they CAN do it because they CAN! But unfriendly is still unfriendly, people remember that. Anyhow, I was hoping resetting the password on a PM r1 was I/C 777, X#, XXXX. But I think I'm wrong. Is it the same for Merlin Messaging? Any help would be appreciated!
