My company is NEH Telecom 303-905-6781 I am now able to offering Intuity Audix Customer data migrations from the 4.4.? software loads to the new 5.1.? software loads. All customer data, mail box's and messages can be migrated over from the old 4.4.? Audix system to the new 5.1.41 Audix system without losing any customer data. I am located in Denver,Co. Anybody can upgrade themselves with the software. Avaya sends the software to its customers for self upgrades.

Thats true if your a business partner and you buy and new Intuity Audix from Avaya for $10,000.00 and up, and you pay one of there tech to do the upgrade. Thay woen't even talk to you if your not a Business Partner!
