I just switched around some extensions - 10, 11 and 13 to be exact and know 11 wont ring and 13 is ringing as if it was the receptionist. I know I go Feature 00 and then once I press the line thats blinking how do I change it from no ring or delayed ring? and vice versa

You must be in Central Telephone Prog. Then you enter the station you want to work with and then you press the line until it says No Ring, then repeat on the other lines, once finished with that set press the right intercom and enter the next station and repeat. Hope this makes sense. If not give me a call.
