I have a customer with an Avaya Psrtner R3.0.2 system who just purchased new digital 18D sets. He consistantly gets wrong numbers with the new set(s). I tried it myself and although the numbers appear in the display correctly when dialing, the numbers dialed are about 80% wrong, 20% correct. He has an old style 18D set nearby, and it works fine 100%.

I plan to swap out his new phones with new old--type sets.I checked with vendor and there are no known incompatability issues. Has anyone ever heard or experienced this?
