A phone is a phone is a phone.... What is it that your looking for in a new system, ie..Features, Applications ...etc. Stay FOCUSED on your needs and wants, salespeople are there to sell, it's their job and nothing wrong with that. But its the installation and the service after that will carry you through the change for years to come. Narrow it down to 2 or 3 vendors and ask them for a RECENT customer list. Being December make sure that its not older than a month. Call each and everyone and you'll find your choice. A company can sell a great product, but if it can install, service or maintain it then whats the use? Likewise if a system is only so-so well known and they have the troops to do it all, you'll be satisfied. Make sure that they are local and have been in business for some time, check them out like Bunnie said.
I don't want to bring up pricing differences because costs are more in Calif. than Miss. and if your pricing apples-to-apples the cost should be close to each other. You pay for what you get, or you get what you pay for.
You are a manufacturing company and you have competitors it's not too much different. Is your product better, worse or the same as theirs.
