Are you sure that you are getting caller id from the LEC? I always carry a little stand alone unit to test with. Am I correct in understanding that you rolled one of the lines that does not work with one of the lines that does and you get no caller id? Also what exactly are you using for lines? The partner II does not have DID capabilities.
