You can also do it in each user under their shortcodes tab, and not have to build another ARS for every user. If their extension matches the DID like exten 206 then you could setup an ARS that would say N/Dial3k1/NSiXXXXXXXXE X's are the number of the DID, E says to match the extension to the last part of the outgoin number
