Must I be an Avaya dealer to get training/certification? I'm running in to more and more Avaya IP Office installations and would like to start servicing them.
Recommended courses?

I would get set up as a partner. Classes are inexpensive, but you will learn more getting a demo kit and playing around with it.

There are several Companies that offer some limited training. But I agree with mongo, get proper training. IP Office has a long learning curve. Do it right the first time. If you need info on becoming a BP PM me. Ken

Matt was very helpful in getting us setup. And the classes are key. They were even running some specials last time I checked. 1/2 price advanced classes. I would have went had my schedule been different.
