Hi - I'm the PC tech for our company and BOTH local service places for our phone systems went belly up - I have two questions - first the person in charge of the phones dialed into the system and now its stuck there - how do we exit out?

Second question - we have some viking w-1000 intercoms outside our doors is there a way to dial out to them? They ring to our phone at the moment.

What type of Mitel? If you are stuck in programming it should just time out.

its a sx-200 there are four computer sized boxes all linked together - There is a modem connected to the serial port on one and the mitel box is factory labeled there and it says "Maintence" but if you get on the console its says its being used and if you reconnect via modem you get a blank screen....

It might take a reset of the system if resetting the external modem doesn't fix the problem. When you connect remotely press enter 4 times to get the logon prompt.

Ok we had to hit ESC 6 not just 6 got that problem fixed - now anyone know about our intercoms?
