Hey all, I have a new customer with an existing SX50 and 2 port call extend. They only have 3 trunks and these are routed to the call extend in both day and night modes. I have set up overflow to go to ext 401 which is a cordless phone for the manager. They do not have a night clerk, so my question is this......
They want internal dial 0 calls to route to another extension at night(300). I have tried forwarding overflow ext 401 to ext 300 for use at night, but the system will not allow this. I cannot use night routing because all calls must go to the call extend. Any thoughts?

The call extend will program two dial 0 destinations. Call Jeremiah at 1-800-245-9933,He will lead you through it.

Another Way Is Call forward to night ext on busy do not answer.in the extensions class of service allow call forwarding BDA ,Call forward extension 400 to 300or whatever applicable numbers.

Thanks Gene.......Why will BDA work, when call forward follow me will not? This seems odd.
