Serial port works fine, but forgot what program it told me to use when connecting using TCP/IP (Winsock) also what port? 7012?. Anyone please direct me. Much appreciated.

yeah and to answer my own question it's port 2000 and you need to use a TLS/SSL enabled telnet client. and a SSL client can be obtained by contacting Mitel if you don't want to pay for one.
