Anyone ever installed an EZ-Announce recorded announcement device for wake-up calls? Any tips would be apprecianado.

should be uneventfull the ez does all the work
just plug it into an ons port

Just plug it in? No hunt group or anything? How does it know what to do on the wake-up call?

From the console, dial *230 and then the equipment number for the RAD port.
Put the equipment number of the RAD into it's own recording (hunt) group.
From the console, dial *242, the recording group access code, the the 2 digit length (in seconds) of the recording.
From the consol, dial *234, then the recording group acess code, to define the group as the auto wakeup destination.

Works great. One thing to remember if anyone ever in our lifetime runs across this again, make sure the RAD port is not assigned an extension number, or the rest of the programming won't take. Thanks again, Dan
