Not sure if this is for here or not. This may be more of a PC question. We have a SX2000 system. We have 5 superconsole 2000's set up at our main site for our switchboard operators running on win 2000. We are experiencing "debug" errors apparently with java when the Superconsole app first starts. Of course it is not always happening and not always with the same person logging into the pc. After the error if the app is restarted it will open fine. this is always when the day crew comes in. The night people do not use this app or device. I have also posted this on the Mitel site and have a ticket called in, with no answers as of yet. This has been going on for a couple of months.

Sorry, I should be a little clearer- I have noticed in other applications with Mitel it is very important to be running the correct version of Java with the particular application that is running at the time. And sometimes you cannot just change the Java ver in the console you have to change than reboot or remove the bad version ( usually the newer version ) Hope this helps

It apparently loads its own version of java. It is not installed on their pc's. we tried installing the latest version with no change. All the users have the same priviliges and rights.
