my guess is since calls in Night 1 are going to voicemail your trunks are stuck in Night 1. You may have tenanting setup in form 5 and possibly the console who could be in a differnt tenant than the trunks is not programed in form 6 to switch the trunks out of Night 1. Check forms 5 and 6

I agree with Panda.
When you're backing out of a form, it's easy to hit 6 instead of <esc> 6, and suddenly the trunk or station is in tenant 6.
