Hi there,

Were having problems between some of our telephone controllers (mitel 3300's). Were getting numerous reports that when peopel dial an extension the call appears to connect (looks like it has, naem and ext appear but no audio) however there is no sound at all. AS soon as you cancel the call and redial it conects fine.
this tends to happen when an extension on controller U2 calls one on U1 (or vice versa).
Our 3rd partyu engineers are struggling to find the issue, does anyone have any ideas or maybe have come across this before?

Cheers

One way audio is almost 99% of the time a gateway issue. Check that on both 3300's that you have the gateways address programmed correctly
