If the transfer works when transfering station calls, it's not a console problem. It definitely sounds like a lack of the proper supervision on the trunks. The 'tones on' prompt won't be displayed (on trunk calls) until the correct (or expected) supervison is received.

FYI, I Pm'd EZ and looked over the printout. I've e-mailed him some suggestions and comments. More to the point, it appears they're using a SS auxillary attendent, possibly as the main console. That would certainly explain the problems, esp if they don't use Trans/Conf key. Of course, the email came back because I messed up the address, but I just sent it off fixed. And I left a messge on his AA/VM. John C.

Further FYI, SS is not the problem. We kicked around some thoughts. He's going to try a few more things, I'm going to look over the print out again. John C.

I'm with Fifty5, it has to do with trunk supervision.

Yes, I'm leaning toward something going on with the T1 channel bank. I'm thinking the fact that it quit shortly after some program changes is probably coincidence. I'm betting we'll hear more from EZ. John C.
