To change the name on the 5330 hit the superkey and then on the left row of buttons you will see "User Information". Select that. I believe this is only good for outbound caller ID.
Assuming you are using a Mitel SX-200, login in as the installer goto form 9, hit ESC-2 search for the extension of the person whose name you want to change. Once you find the extension, simply tab over to the box where the name is. (If all the names are blank, at the top it will say "NAME").
This change will only change what the persons name looks like on someone else's phone (if they have a display).
