Everyone, we all know Dane. It has come to my attention that he has passed away this weekend. I felt it was necessary to inform all of you--seems on Sundance we all know him in one way or another. He was an awesome technician as well as a good friend, I am sure I am not alone when I say he will be missed greatly.
My thoughts and prayers to his family and close friends out there.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Dane's passing. My heart goes out to his family and his friends. I pray they find peace and comfort in the tough days that lie ahead.
I recently had the opportunity to speak with Dane regarding a Mitel deal I was looking at bidding on. I had some configuration questions, so I sought out his advice. He was a true professional on all fronts. He will be missed by everyone.

It's always sad when someone passes but when you've gotten to know them, even slightly, on a board like this, it really makes you think... and should make all of us appreciate the kind of help and connections we find here. Dane will be missed.

I'm not even sure how to respond Dane quickly became not only a savior when it came to a system I was way over my head on but quickly became someone I considered a friend. He will be greatly missed, my prayers go out to his family and close friends. Rest in peace my friend

Brain aneurysms are such terribly scary things. People walk around with them their entire life and never have a clue and show no signs until they burst. The last friend I lost to one of these was a physician who was laughing and joking with patients just minutes before it happened. The total lack of warning has got to make it that much harder on the family.
To Dane's family our thoughts and prayers are with you. He'll certainly be missed by his friends here.

I will miss Dane very much. He has helped me numerous times and his knowledge on the Mitel 200 ICP is endless. This was a man who would not abandon you when you were on the job site or give up and leave you hanging when there was a problem. He always provided an answer. I am very sad of his early departure from us.
