Anymore, there is only one format presented to the PBX. Encore, Holidex, Opera, all present the same format and expect the same format. The software was just re-written 'to work better' with dos 6, windows 95, 98, 2000, xp, 7, mac whatever, linux 10, etc.
tg, in an ml/el it's in form 4, along with all the other options in the moss.

Thanks for all the tips. guys. I "knew" there was no setting in database for Holodex etc. I've dealt with these PMS guys too many times and could tell he was blowing smoke. I just needed reassurance. Comm parameters match, as I can see his settings in his terminal. Yes, something "blew" in their system, two months ago. Hotel's FD guy spent two weeks trying to get it back up, after calling me in twice. After they got it back up, it went down again. Opera talked them into buying another 1103 set (not from us and I don't believe the original was defective) and I'm back onsite again. The weird part here is that I get a response from the PBX with my laptop and I get a response from the Opera with my laptop. I don't get a response when the Opera sends ENQ to the PBX.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Make them move the port to a different cable on the Equinox. They go bad all the time.
