Have a customer that the serial connector board crapped out or at least the printer port is FUBAR. I pulled one out of a demo unit but it has a funky part number and I might be blind but I can't find it listed in spare components in SWB or the online store. Is this something we can order separately and is it considered a FRU?

I think the path of least resistance would be to just install an iPocket, and be done with it!!

I would agree with Fred unless it's also affecting the maintenance port.

Nothing else appears to be damaged so it looks like an Ipocket. Wonder why Mitel doesn't list the part since its 6 screws and a ribbon cable to remove/install one.
