working on a sx2000 light LW34
need some input on total sytem restriction on dialing area codes not in the USA ..
can i restrict them in the automatic route selection ? using ARS select assignment and COR group

Create a fake trunk, put it in a fake trunk group, reference the fake trunk group in a fake route. In ARS digit strings, enter the area code you want to restrict (1+??), 0 digits to follow, and send it to the fake route. You may have to adjust your alarm thresholds to compensate if the fake trunk is on a fake card.

I just use a regular trunk group but I put all the CORs in the last COR Group in ARS and create the route with those and use it for restricting calls.
