Condor Member Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 13 California	telephoneguy From what Ive gathered, there is not installation of the Mitel Express Manager software that anyone is aware of. The pilot number is 3001, which is one of two extensions (the other being 3002) for voicemail. Thanks for the suggestion on the contractor. Every time an issue comes up with this switch it's nothing more then a total pain Thanks!
