telephoneguy From what Ive gathered, there is not installation of the Mitel Express Manager software that anyone is aware of. The pilot number is 3001, which is one of two extensions (the other being 3002) for voicemail. Thanks for the suggestion on the contractor. Every time an issue comes up with this switch it's nothing more then a total pain Thanks!

If they are forwarded to an extension and not a hunt group of extensions, someone didn't program it correctly. Sounds like a 2 port MEM to me, I could be wrong

Also he could dial a port from an extension that has a mailbox, and if it asks for a password its going to be cov,dnic or mem integration

If it is MEM, maybe setup an acd path with *mailbox of the extension to get message cfa as the interflow point.
