I have a customer here in the UK who has a NEC Nitsuko DXE32 (similar to DS1000/2000 in US) that requires reprogramming. The original maintainer is no longer in business.
Is the DXE32 the same system as your DS1000/2000 including default installer passwords?
If I reset the system by removing the battery and mains do I need to reconfigure the system from scratch and enable the trunk and extension cards as if from new?
Do you know of any Nitsuko dealers here in the UK?
Regards, Neil

you can go to nitsuko's website and leave a message in the support forum. If they are indeed the same systems you should not have to remove the battery.
In the manuals is a program to erase and default the system. You can dl the manuals for free at Nitsukos website.
While you are servicing the system kindly have a Bass Ale on hand. LOL
