i need a modem cable for a 124i and i can not find it or a part # help...

What are you connecting? There exists a couple of options -
PC (serial port) to CPU via LAPB Laptop (serial port) to DCI module Laptop to Voicemail (com port) Remote access kit

laptop/modem db9 to i think dci- a daugher board? i have the modem i lost the cable in a move, also need 2 phones 92753a, sorry new to this product. :rolleyes:

If there is an actual modem, its used for remote access only. You can connect directly to the DCI module, bypassing the modem using a serial cable(not a null modem cable). Connect to Com 1 of the laptop and to the DCI port. I had trouble finding a serial cable with 9pin on one side 25pin on the other but found a adapter at a computer supply store. Works like a charm. Hope that helps
