Greetings to the Tech-Support Bulletin Board.
We're an interconnect trying to figure out a problem on an Onyx VS system. We're used to Norstars. We just installed an additional line but our customer is experiencing :bang: cross talk between stations--intermittently. This seems to occur when the station jumps into programming during an outside call. The call isn't lost and the user didn't do anything to enter the programming mode. Last month we just replaced the associated module, but it seems to continue to exist. I would appreciate any insight as to what you may want us to look for. We do have both the software and hardware manual. Even a page reference would be helpful.
