Installed a customer provided 'third party' auto attendant with two analog ports (x215 port 30 and x216 port 31). Programmed both ports to answer on trunks 1 thru 4. Works great when one line rings in but if a second line rings in at the same time system sends a busy. How do i program what i would call a hunt group in a Nortel? In other word if x215 is in use it will hunt to x216? As much detail as possible please - thanks!

You have to prg the extensions in a hunt group. You need to prg 1003 & 0410.

I must have missed something. Put ports 30 and 31 in the same group. I think in 0410 it asked for tenant and order. (going totally by memory - wasnt sure what to input but I put in a value of 1)

0410 for the voicemail group, item 3 must be set to a 1.
