Ok- Thanks for the help. I got the patch needed. I installed it & am still having issues. I'm not too happy w/ the guys who sold me this upgrade, but live & learn. ------------------ Bound to cover, just a little more ground.

What issues do you still have ,If you still having the same problem then it has to be the wrong patch,please explain so we can help.....

Issue 1, calls transfered to stations go back to main menu instead of mailbox. Issue 2, DID calls go to main menu instead of mailbox. Internal calls work properly, they do go to mailbox.

Then for sure you applied the wrong patch or you did it wrong (I doubt that).

I was told I did the patch wrong. But I took the unit to them(yes,how fortunate I am, a local supplier) & they are doing it for me. I pick the unit up in the morning & will try again.

You need the "re-direct dn "patch. I could call into it for you and fix the problem no sweat. Look at the bottom of the NAM...Do you see a modem card/? email me back or call me @ 443-549-1057

I actually just got the customer to upgrade to a fiber NAM 4.1, worked like a charm.
