The built in auto att on the cics, can it be programmed to answer certain lines or is it all or nothing

Look in the auto attendant section of the system administrator guide. This will step you through setting up the auto attendant based on your preferences. You either have to enable System Answer or CCR to use the auto attendant. You can use the system default messages or create your own custom messages or use a combination of both. Use Feature *833 from an administration telephone to listen or change your greetings. The auto attendant options are under system programming once you have entered the programming mode.
