I recently was asked about the Norstar DOC. I found the Doorphone info/install docs on the nortel website, but cannot find any diagrams/pics or install info on the DOC.
Does anyone know a website or the link to it? Also, the customer wants to use the DOC via dial code (vs indiv set access via key access)and in conjunction with a Honeywell security system (currently - users push big green 'door open' button on wall to disengage lock) - is there any ploace to find specs to wire DOC & current system?

I need this also! I am getting new gate access controllers on the now manual gates. There will be a intercom and control coming to the phone room. I have a MICS 6.1

I need this one also. I upgraded from Dr2 to DR5.1 and now the door opening controller is acting crazy. You can't answer it anymore and it almost locks up the whole system.
