We physically moved two phones and then I switched the DN's. (Which I found out later that we should not have switched the phones.) One of the phones works but the other doesn't. You can call internally to the extension and it works. But when you call from the outside and put in the extension during the AA message, it goes directly to her voicemail. DND is not set and she isn't on the phone. Any ideas? Thanks!

Changing around the DN's and moving phones at the same time can get confusing pretty quick, especially if the "Set Relocation" feature is turned on in programming. I would start by making sure the extensions are really what you think they are. Press "FTR * 0" then the intercom key and the display should show you the phones DN.
